India Pale Ale - (7.1%) Fermented in stainless and double dry hopped with Strata, Nelson, and Simcoe. Notes of Lemon, and blooming spring flowers.

BLOSSOM (7.1%)

IPA - American brewed with American two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented with our house IPA yeast and double dry hopped with Cashmere, and mosaic. Notes of mixed berry punch, ripe honeydew melon, and juicy clementine

THISTLE (6.5%)

Pale Ale brewed with a blend of two row, white wheat, and oats then fermented in one of our temperature controlled foeders. Delicately hopped with mostly Mosaic. Fresh berries, a kiss of oak, & bright citrus.

SAPLING (5.1%)

is our take on a traditional Dry Irish Stout that's dark, smooth, and grounded in simplicity.  Brewed with Irish 2-Row, dark malts, and flaked barley, it pours deep black and reveals layers of roasted coffee, dark cocoa, and gentle toast. The velvety body balances malt richness with a subtle dryness, finishing clean and crisp with a lingering roast and just enough bitterness to invite another sip.

Wit Beer - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.

GATHER HOUSE (4.8%)

Golden Ale - brewed with 2 row, and honey malt, we’re tasting light crisp honey graham crackers, with a sweet honey drizzled grapefruit on the side

EASTERN GOLD (5.1%)

Vienna Lager Brewed with 100% premium German Vienna malt. Fermented clean and cool in stainless steel with our house lager yeast. Toasted malt, balanced, clean.

LEYS (5.2%)

Helles Lager a complex lager with a patient 6 month brewing process. Brewed with a blend of German, Pilsner, Vienna Munich creating a balanced maltiness. Crisp, clean, effervescent, fresh baked bread.

FIND TIME (4.8%)

German Style Doppelbock brewed with Pilsner malt, Munich, and hopped with Hallertau, this beer is a rich malty style with notes of toasted bread, Caramel malt, Chocolate Crème brûlée with Maraschino cherries and Cinnamon.

KINSFOLK (8%)

Porter brewed with marris otter, dark munich, light and dark crystal, honey malt, biscuit malt, chocolate malt, and midnight wheat. Fermented and conditioned in oak for a couple months, then conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans. We're tasting Dark Chocolate, roasted coffee and vanilla wafer.

BLACKASH (5.5%)

Foeder Black Lager brewed with Vienna, light crystal malts, bitterness dark malts, and caramel rye. Fermented slow and cool in a temperature controlled foeder with our house lager yeast. Extra dark, toasted, chocolatey, and crisp.
