Black IPA brewed with pilsner, white wheat, crystal, and other specialty malts. Dry hopped gently with Citra and Centennial. This beer is fermented with our house IPA blend in stainless steel.

WAWAYANDA KILL (7.5%)
Fruited Sour IPA - Brewed with Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed with graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, Fermented with blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans.
HOPPY
Hazy IPA - Hopped w/ Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We're tasting nectary blooms of early spring honeysuckle, pink and yellow starbursts, and overripe melon.
GREEN YIELD (7.2%)
Pale Ale - Hopped with Centennial, Citra, & Sabro, this beer is juicy, tangy and smooth. We're tasting Orange creamsicles, citrus cake, and a cold mimosa on a spring day.
CHARLIE’S PALE ALE (4.9%)
Double IPA - brewed with our signature mix of two row, NY grown six row, wheat and oats. First hop addition in the cool whirlpool with our favorite New Zealand hop blend.
SAND & CLAY (8%)
Double IPA hopped w/ Mosaic, Cashmere, and Citra. We’re tasting candied orange peel, fresh jammy biscuits, and fresh peaches & cream.
DEEP TERRA (8.2%)
Double IPA - Hazy Double Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc. We fermented this beer drier than most NE-style DIPAs and the resulting profile is bright, dank, and juicy, with a refreshing tingle of alcohol that leaves one craving another sip.
SPRING TERRA (8.2%)
Double IPA - Hopped with cryro citra hops and Phantasm. Ripe mango and lychee sorbet with a peach fizz float, nectarine and melon slices with a vanilla custard sauce drizzled over.
TERRA BLANC (8%)
Fruited Sour
Fruited Sour IPA - Fermented over raspberries, blackberries, almonds, and whole vanilla beans. Hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. We're tasting scoops of sorbet and amaretto rum punch.
HARVEST KILL (7.3%)
Sour IPA fermented over pineapple and guava. Hopped with Citra. We're tasting extra dank and freshly squeezed pineapple juice, a can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa or a guava infused mimosa.
MEADOW RUE (7.5%)
Dark & Amber
Foeder Black Lager Brewed with Vienna, light crystal malts, bitterness dark malts, and caramel rye. Fermented slow and cool in a temperature controlled foeder with our house lager yeast. Extra dark, toasted, chocolatey, and crisp.
SOIR (5%)
Foeder-fermented Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Brewed with the finest Belgian pilsner malt, rounded out by a supporting cast of Belgian biscuit, munich, caramunich, and Belgian Dark Candi Syrup, hopped with Zuper Saaz.
AMAI (10.8%)
German Style Doppelbock Brewed with Pilsner malt, Munich, and hopped with Hallertau, this beer is a rich malty style with notes of toasted bread, Caramel malt, Chocolate Crème brûlée with Maraschino cherries and Cinnamon.
KINSFOLK (8%)
Table & Session
Pale Lager Classically hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, there is subtle hop bitterness to compliment a crisp and subtle sweet malt on the front end of this beer. Notes of pithy orange peel, a bit floral and pine and fluffy bread.
BROOK & REED (6%)
Wit Beer - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.
GATHER HOUSE (4.8%)
Foeder Pilsner brewed with Weyermann Pilsner Malt and a touch of Weyermann Vienna. Hopped with german hops for a floral and spicy balance. Notes of grassy lemon pitch, a pile of straw, and that little burst of citrus oil you get when peeling an orange
