New and Exciting this Week

  • SILENT STARS (6.8%)

    IPA brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat, malted oats, and flaked oats. This classic IPA is hopped in the whirlpool and dry hopped exclusively with Citra. 

    Tasting notes:
    Orange zest, drippy summer peach, juicy melon, and a handful of pink starbursts.

  • LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN (4.5%)

    Low bitter session IPA brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat, malted oats, and a touch of carafoam. This little IPA is hopped lightly with Citra and Motueka.

    Tasting notes:
    Orange sherbert, pinot collada lollipop, and overripe grapefruit.

HOPPY


Double IPA (8%) - Hopped in the kettle with citra. Then dry hopped with a combo of Sabro and Mosaic. We're tasting fresh lime, rosy flowers, soft and not too sweet punch bowls.

STILL PRAIRIE


Double IPA (8.2%) - hopped w/ Mosaic, Cashmere, and Citra. We’re tasting candied orange peel, fresh jammy biscuits, and fresh peaches & cream.

DEEP TERRA

India Pale Ale (6.8%) - Brewed with two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented with our house IPA yeast and triple dry hopped with all citra. Notes of pineapple concentrate, ripe mangos, fresh squeezed OJ.

SILENT STAR

Double IPA (8%) - Hopped with cryro citra hops and Phantasm. Ripe mango and lychee sorbet with a peach fizz float, nectarine and melon slices with a vanilla custard sauce drizzled over.

TERRA BLANC

Double IPA - (9%) Brewed with pilsner malt, flaked oats, and an absurd amount of unmalted wheat. Hopped aggressively in the kettle with the favorites Citra and Mosaic. Then we double dry hopped this murky DIPA with almost all Nelson.

TILLAGE

West Coast IPA (6.5%) our classic west coast style ipa hopped with Comet, Cascade Amarillo and Citra. Bright, dry and citrusy with tastes of bottom of the jug orange juice, crispy slices of grapefruit with a little sugar sprinkled over them.

SUZANNE

Fruited Sour


Fruited Sour IPA (7.5%) - fermented over strawberries, basil, and whole vanilla beans. Hopped with Strata. We're tasting strawberry fruit rollups, tart strawberry & raspberry popsicles.

FRAGARIA

Sour IPA(7.5%) fermented over pineapple and guava. Hopped with Citra. We're tasting extra dank and freshly squeezed pineapple juice, a can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa or a guava infused mimosa.

MEADOW RUE

Dark & Amber


Irish Stout - (5.5%) Classic Irish stout brewed with a Irish malt and flaked barley. Finished and kegged with ntiro for a silky smouth pour and pillow head like you’d expect. Dry with notes of bitter sweet chocolate.

Foeder Fermented Pumkin Ale - (5.7%) Brewed with a blend of Vienna and Munich malts as a base, and then layered in Biscuit, Red Wheat, and Spelt malts to give the beer a nice, bready pie crust. We’re tasting a warm slice of classic pumpkin pie

SCYTHE

Foeder Fermented Festbier - (5.2%) Brewed with Vienna and Munich malts. Hopped with Hallertau in the kettle. We’re tasting toasted homemade white bread, fluffy biscuits and a hint of Tootsie Rolls.

WINNOW

Table & Session


Extra Crisp Kolsch (4.5%) with German pilsner and a touch of wheat. After a clean fermentation, we dry hopped it with german tango. This beer is crisp and well rounded with light floral gumball notes and a balanced body.

KAROO

Dry-hopped pilsner (5.2%) - Brewed with German Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir hops. We're tasting freshly blossoming spring jasmine, red apple skin, earthy green noble spice, and hints of clementine zest.
