New and Exciting this Week

  • AUTUMN TERRA

    (8.2%) Double IPA with Pilsner, Vienna, White Wheat, and Flaked oats. Hopped in the kettle with a hefty amount of Mosaic and dry hopped with Mosaic and Motueka.

    Tasting notes:
    We’re tasting mango, citrusy lime, and rainbow sherbet.

  • WINNOW

    (5.2%) Foeder aged festbier brewed with Vienna and Munich malts. Hopped with a touch of German Hallertau Mitt. This Dry drinking beer is perfect for the fall season!

    Tasting notes:
    We're Tasting lightly toasted homemade white bread, fluffy biscuits, with a hint of Tootsie Rolls.

HOPPY


West Coast Double IPA (8%) - Hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and CItra and pours a beautiful crystal light amber color. We’re tasting candied grapefruit, extra drank orange juice and a not so overpowering north west damp pine needles.

ELOISE

Hazy IPA (7.2%) - Hopped w/ Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We're tasting nectary blooms of early spring honeysuckle, pink and yellow starbursts, and overripe melon.

GREEN YIELD

Hazy IPA (6.5%) - Hopped in the kettle with Citra, Azacca, and Simcoe. We're tasting a tropical fruit salad topped with gummy peach rings, orange starburst, and scoops of melty sherbert.

LUSH YEILD


Double IPA (8.2%) - hopped w/ Mosaic, Cashmere, and Citra. We’re tasting candied orange peel, fresh jammy biscuits, and fresh peaches & cream.

DEEP TERRA

Double IPA (8.5%) Fermented in stainless with our house hazy yeast and double dry hopped with Enigma, Mosaic, and Citra.

RIVER SWELL

Double IPA (8%) - Hopped with cryro citra hops and Phantasm. Ripe mango and lychee sorbet with a peach fizz float, nectarine and melon slices with a vanilla custard sauce drizzled over.

TERRA BLANC

Foeder IPA (6.5%) - Brewed with two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented in one of our foeders and then transferred to stainless where we dry hopped it aggressively with strata & citra. We’re tasting Fresh squeezed OJ, punchy passion fruit, and explosive aromas.

Fruited Sour


Fruited Sour IPA 8%) - Lovingly conditioned over fresh peaches, peach puree & juice along with whole vanilla bean & hopped with Cashmere. We’re tasting the perfect bite of peach cobbler, peach sorbet float and the finest Bellini.

FORAGE & CULTIVATE

Dark & Amber


Irish Stout - (5.5%) Classic Irish stout brewed with a Irish malt and flaked barley. Finished and kegged with ntiro for a silky smouth pour and pillow head like you’d expect. Dry with notes of bitter sweet chocolate.

CARLOW

Coffee Pastry Stout (9%) Contains Lactose-Conditioned on coffee from our friends at Big Mouth Coffee in Beacon, NY. This beer was also rested on fresh vanilla bean and a bit of cinnamon. It is all at once decadent, delicious and deep in flavor. We're tasting a perfectly pulled espresso with a bit of Toffee Cream.

Foeder Fermented Pumkin Ale - (5.7%) Brewed with a blend of Vienna and Munich malts as a base, and then layered in Biscuit, Red Wheat, and Spelt malts to give the beer a nice, bready pie crust. We’re tasting a warm slice of classic pumpkin pie

SCYTHE

Table & Session


Wit Beer (4.8%) - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.

GATHER HOUSE

5.2% - A hefeweizen brewed in Collaboration with Grimm Ales, were tasting a nutty banana bread, topped with vanilla ice cream and a shaving of clove.

FIELD AND STREAM

Extra Crisp Kolsch (4.5%) with German pilsner and a touch of wheat. After a clean fermentation, we dry hopped it with german tango. This beer is crisp and well rounded with light floral gumball notes and a balanced body.

KAROO

Nelson Pilsner (4.5%) - Brewed with out house pilsner malt and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. We’re tasting for a ripe and crispy slice of a Bosc Pear a bit of brie and a cold sip of premium NZ Sauv Blanc.
