HOPPY
Hazy IPA - Hopped w/ Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We're tasting nectary blooms of early spring honeysuckle, pink and yellow starbursts, and overripe melon.
GREEN YIELD (7.2%)
Double IPA with pilsner, raw wheat, and white wheat, hopped with Citra and Simcoe. We're Tasting gummy peach rings, under ripe melon, a cantaloupe-heavy fruit cup, and a sunday morning bellini garnished with an orange slice.
NESH TERRA (8.4%)
India Pale Ale, Brewed with two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented with our house IPA yeast and triple dry hopped with all citra. Notes of pineapple concentrate, ripe mangos, fresh squeezed OJ.
SILENT STARS (6.8%)
Double IPA hopped w/ Mosaic, Cashmere, and Citra. We’re tasting candied orange peel, fresh jammy biscuits, and fresh peaches & cream.
DEEP TERRA (8.2%)
Foeder IPA, Brewed with two row, wheat, and oats then fermented with our house hazy yeast. We hit this one with a Citra & Simcoe hop combo. Vibrant citrus fruits, bright pineapple, touch of oak.
PHLOEM (4.6%)
Fruited Sour
Fruited Sour IPA, Brewed with Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed with graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, Fermented with blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans.
WAWAYANDA KILL (7.5%)
Sour IPA fermented over pineapple and guava. Hopped with Citra. We're tasting extra dank and freshly squeezed pineapple juice, a can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa or a guava infused mimosa.
MEADOW RUE (7.5%)
Dark & Amber
Foeder Alt Bier, brewed with a blend of German Floor Malted Pilsner and British Maris Otter. The rich malt profile is balanced by hoppiness and mild berry esters from the fermentation profile. We're tasting crushed graham cracker pie crust, slow cooked caramel sauce, subtle oak, and hand plucked raspberries drizzled in rich molasses.
PLOUGHSHARE (4.8%)
Irish Stout, Classic Irish stout brewed with a Irish malt and flaked barley. Finished and kegged with ntiro for a silky smouth pour and pillow head like you’d expect. Dry with notes of bitter sweet chocolate.
CARLOW (5.5%)
Lagers & Session
Pale Lager Classically hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, there is subtle hop bitterness to compliment a crisp and subtle sweet malt on the front end of this beer. Notes of pithy orange peel, a bit floral and pine and fluffy bread.
BROOK & REED (6%)
Wit Beer - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.
GATHER HOUSE (4.8%)
Extra Crisp Kolsch with German pilsner and a touch of wheat. After a clean fermentation, we dry hopped it with german tango. This beer is crisp and well rounded with light floral gumball notes and a balanced body.
KAROO (4.5%)
Foeder NY Pilsner, NY Pilsner malt from Omara Farms and NY grown crystal. We’re tasting roasted marshmallow, wildflower, honey, and fresh cut grass.
RARE EARTH (4.8%)
Wit Beer, brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.
WATER ELM (4%)
Golden Ale, brewed with 2 row, and honey malt, we’re tasting light crisp honey graham crackers, with a sweet honey drizzled grapefruit on the side
