New and Exciting this Week

  • TWlLIGHT (7%)

    Black IPA brewed with pilsner, white wheat, crystal, and other specialty malts. Dry hopped gently with Citra and Centennial. This beer is fermented with our house IPA blend in stainless steel.

    Tasting notes:
    Slight pine, stone fruit, and a bit of espresso.

  • KAROO (4.5%)

    A crisp Kolsch with German pilsner malt and a touch of white wheat. Hoped generously in the whirlpool with hallertau mittelfruh. This beer is crisp and dry with well rounded body. An overall easy drinking beer for a summer day!

    Tasting notes:
    Tangerine rind, slightly fruit aroma, oyster crackers.

HOPPY


Hazy IPA - Hopped w/ Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We're tasting nectary blooms of early spring honeysuckle, pink and yellow starbursts, and overripe melon.

GREEN YIELD (7.2%)


Session IPA - Hopped with Azacca and Citra, with a low ABV, this is incredibly quaffable. We’re tasting pineapple dunked in a fresh glass of OJ and served next to a plate of fresh lemon biscuits.biscuits.and overripe melon.

LOOKOUT MOUTAIN (4.5%)

Double IPA - brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Maris otter, malted oats, and flaked white wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Citra & Nectaron, dry hopped with Nectaron & Nelson Sauvignon. The beer is lush and creamy, rife with delicate juicy expression.

WHITE TERRA (8%)

Double IPA - Hopped in the kettle with citra. Then dry hopped with a combo of Sabro and Mosaic. We're tasting fresh lime, rosy flowers, soft and not too sweet punch bowls.

STILL PRAIRIE (8%)

Triple IPA - triple ipa brewed American, two row and white wheat and oats, and hopped heavily with all Nelson. Were tasting white grape must, juicy peaches and white wine spritzers on a spring afternoon.

TERRA NELSON (10.5%)

Fruited Sour


Fruited Sour IPA - Fermented over raspberries, blackberries, almonds, and whole vanilla beans. Hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. We're tasting scoops of sorbet and amaretto rum punch.

HARVEST KILL (7.3%)

Sour IPA fermented over pineapple and guava. Hopped with Citra. We're tasting extra dank and freshly squeezed pineapple juice, a can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa or a guava infused mimosa.

MEADOW RUE (7.5%)

Dark & Amber


Irish Stout - Classic Irish stout brewed with a Irish malt and flaked barley. Finished and kegged with ntiro for a silky smouth pour and pillow head like you’d expect. Dry with notes of bitter sweet chocolate.

CARLOW (5.5%)

Coffee Pastry Stout - Contains Lactose-Conditioned on coffee from our friends at Big Mouth Coffee in Beacon, NY. This beer was also rested on fresh vanilla bean and a bit of cinnamon. It is all at once decadent, delicious and deep in flavor. We're tasting a perfectly pulled espresso with a bit of Toffee Cream.

TEN ACRES: COFFEE (9%)

Imperial Stout Brewed with a base of Golden Promise, milk sugar and caramel malts layered in. Adjuncted with Maple Syrup. We’re tasting chocolate chip pancakes smothered in Maple Syrup.

Seasonal


Spiced Ale - Brewed with maris otter, dark munich, honey malt, and biscuit malt. Fermented clean with our house ale yeast then conditioned on nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. Caramelized apple pie, cinnabon, cozy.

NORTH WIND (7.5%)

Double barrel imperial stout a thick mashed, extended boil imperial stout featuring a rich blend of dark malts. Aged 14 months in fresh dumped bourbon barrels from Black Dirt Distillery, followed by an additional round of aging in a 6 year Rye barrel from Heaven Hill

Dry-hopped pilsner - Brewed with German Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir hops. We're tasting freshly blossoming spring jasmine, red apple skin, earthy green noble spice, and hints of clementine zest.
